Q: My email isn't working, how do I fix it?
A: Could be as simple as your internet is temporairly out of service. New software may conflict with Microsoft Outlook. Mail server may be down. Reboot your PC and try again. Wait up to 15 minutes for your internet service to be reastablished.
Q. My PC. is frozen what should I do?
A: Try pressing CTRL + ALT + Delete, and ending task on frozen application. If CTRL + ALT+ Delete does nothing, press and hold power button on your PC for up to 10 seconds. Your computer should reboot.
Q. Network drive not found?
A: Windows known issue. double click my computer to verify network drive is missing(RED X ON ). Try accessing the drive, often the drive will map itself. Also verify that you are connected to your network. Do so by trying to access your internet connetion.
